Fitness Functions Ltd are the suppliers and installers of the Gold Medal Safety Padding product.
We have installed the product extensively throughout the Irish Prison Service (IPS) undertaking several large long-term installation projects for the IPS with some over a duration of two years. Gold Medal is the specified product for safety observation / close supervision rooms throughout the IPS and Fitness Functions are the specified installers of the product.
Along side the IPS we are the specified installers to the Health Service Executive – the Irish health service and have completed multiple installations in all of the major hospitals with psychiatric wards.
Fitness Functions Ltd can offer different types of padding to suit the individual requirements of the facility in question but the simple fact is that when we are approached and asked to work in a more demanding environment the only product we would be confident to put forward is Gold Medal Safety Padding.
A facility that has had the Gold Medal Safety Padding product installed will remain in service far longer than any other type of padding available.
This allows the staff of the site to know that the facility is always able to be used, the confidence that damage occuring during its occupation is highly unlikely – therefore the service user is in the safest environment possible and costly repair bills and lengthy times with the room out of commision will be avoided.
Site Visits.
We are available to visit all sites that have an interest in the Gold Medal product, regardless of country, region etc. We will discuss the merits of the Gold Medal product, advise on the best methods of installation and produce specifications for submissions to architects, health boards etc.
